Begins with our founder,Markell Gibbs, a former college athlete who once walked the same path as many of the talented individuals in Eastern North Carolina. Having personally experienced the challenges of navigating the competitive world of high school and college sports recruiting without adequate recognition or exposure, our founder recognized a glaring gap in the system.

Driven by the desire to level the playing field and ensure that no athlete in Eastern North Carolina goes unnoticed, our founder embarked on a mission to create MAG Sports. Drawing from their own experiences and fueled by a passion for sports and a commitment to empowering others, MAG Sports was born.
